What is Substack?
Before I dive into sharing with you the exciting world of journaling, I’m going to briefly introduce Substack for those who might be new to this platform. Substack is a popular newsletter platform that enables writers to share their expertise, stories, and insights directly with their readers. It’s a place where you can find a diverse range of content on various topics, delivered right to your inbox.
A Treasure Trove of Journaling Wisdom
The Inner Pages Online Journaling Club is your passport to a wealth of information about journalling. Whether you’re a seasoned journalling enthusiast or just starting on your journaling journey, you’ll find valuable insights, tips, and techniques that will elevate your practice.
What You’ll Get as a Member:
Access to Templates and Prompts:
Staring at a blank page can be intimidating. That’s why we provide you with a collection of journaling templates and prompts to kickstart your creativity and help you overcome writer’s block.
Two Live Online Journaling Sessions a Month:
Imagine joining a supportive community of fellow journaling enthusiasts for live journaling sessions. These sessions, led by myself, will inspire you and provide a safe space to reflect on and write down your thoughts and experiences. You won’t be sharing with the group – it’s just a space to deepen your practice and hold yourself accountable to your own journalling journey.
Monthly Themes:
Each month, we explore a different journaling theme to keep your practice fresh and exciting. Topics include the basics of journaling, gratitude, self-compassion, journaling for anxiety, inner child journaling, and future self-journaling. Our diverse themes ensure that you’ll continuously grow and evolve as a journal writer.
The Inner Pages journalling community
The Inner Pages began as an online journalling club offering guided prompts and reflections on themes such as self-compassion, gratitude, values, boundaries, emotions and the inner critic.
The resources are now available freely, allowing you to explore the prompts in your own time and use those that feel most relevant or helpful to you.
This work also forms part of my wider interest in transformative journaling and therapeutic writing.
