I offer engaging, evidence-based workplace wellbeing workshops for organisations in Manchester, Cheshire and online. Sessions are tailored to the needs of your team and provide practical psychological knowledge and strategies that people can use in their working lives.

Why work with me?
I am an HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years’ experience in mental health services, psychological research and education.
My workshops combine robust psychological knowledge with a warm, accessible and practical style. I aim to make complex ideas understandable and relevant, creating sessions that encourage thoughtful discussion without feeling overly clinical or academic.
Alongside my private practice, I am a Clinical Lecturer at the University of Manchester. My experience of therapy, teaching, supervision and research enables me to adapt sessions for different audiences and organisational contexts.

We worked with Dr. Taylor to help develop and strengthen our team’s resilience, wellbeing and mindfulness, both in their work and home life. The Life Effectiveness workshops that we’ve run are a great forum to learn and develop in an open and safe environment; they’re fun, informative, collaborative and powerful!
The course runs over 3 sessions, led by Dr. Taylor; each session has given our teams practical exercises and tools for a greater life effectiveness that they can apply in their daily lives.
